2025 Summer Bouquet Subscription

Enjoy a 4 week bouquet delivery subscription of our summer blooms! Weekly blooms will consist of : Zinnias, Dahlias, Rudbeckia, Lisianthus, Sunflowers, Yarrow, Statice, Celosias, Snapdragons, and many more beautiful flowers grown on our farm. You will receive a freshly picked bouquet every Sunday for 4 weeks. Initial delivery will be delivered in a glass vase, while the following 3 deliveries will be paper wrapped for you to add to your vase weekly!  Follow the "Flower Care Card" to allow for longer lasting flowers.  Email notifications will be sent informing recipients of subscription start date 2 weeks prior to selected month. 

Free delivery within 10 miles of Peru Airport. If outside of this range, no problem...choose the PICKUP option at checkout to pickup @ the Farm Farm Stand!

**If giving as a gift, a gift card will be emailed to the purchaser to print and deliver to the recipient! Recipients will not recieve emails from Bornemann Flower Farm until 1-2 weeks prior to Subscriptions start date!
