Garden Soil

From an early age I recall loving watching my mom plant her annual flowers. When in College, I would count down the days until my Mom and I would go the to local nurseries, walk up and down the rows, choosing the perfect combinations for her many planters, and my mini planters for my small space.  I loved listening to her name off every plant we touched, and in times that she didn't know the names, she would call me later with the answer.  In the nursery greenhouses, we got a glimpse of our heaven.

My love for small flower farming has grown rapidly over the years of living on our farm. Seed catalogs are the new Sears Toy catalog back in the day, with every page circled with my favorite potential varieties for the following season. I thrive on every stage of flower farming...from choosing the seeds, seed starting in late winter, to transplanting in our production field, and finally waiting for their harvest time to get them in the hands of locals to enjoy.

My goal is to provide unique, beautiful, fresh flowers for any occasion We pride our farm on  being pesticide free and allowing our bees and other pollinators to do their job at pollinating our flower field.
